Key West Diary: Living With Seagrapes

I am so frustrated about the sea grapes falling from my tree by the thousands... they are rotting and causing so much mesh and bugs.. they are staining everything . How do I get this under control... Its costing me a fortune to trim it every year and its in my neighbors yard and he is uncooperative .. its butts against my fence... I cant possiby pick one by one up ti would take weeks... the grapes fall on to my gravel driveway and when I go to rake them up it takes all my gravel with it.
Please help .... I love keeping my property clean and neat and these falling grapes are destroying my property....
